Privacy policy

RAMS Manufacturing Solutions LLC ("RAMS", "we", "us") provides warehouse automation systems and services in the United States. This policy covers the website at www.ramsmfg.com. Questions about it go to info@ramsmfg.com or +1 (603) 845-7479.

When you submit a form on this site (the configurator, the booking page, a trial or assessment request), we collect what you type: your name, company, work email, phone number if you provide it, and the operational details you choose to share, such as dock counts, trailer volumes or facility notes.

To keep automated spam out, our form endpoint also records your IP address and browser user agent with each submission. These are used for abuse prevention and rate limiting, not for advertising.

We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not buy, sell or trade personal data.

Form submissions go to our engineering team so we can respond to your inquiry, prepare for a scheduled call, model your workflow, or set up a trial workspace you requested. That is the whole list. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States and delivered to us by email through Resend. Both providers process the data on our behalf to provide these services. The website itself is served by Cloudflare Pages.

We keep submissions for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential customer relationship. Email info@ramsmfg.com and we will delete your submission data on request.

A few pages embed services from other companies, which operate under their own privacy policies when you interact with them:

Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from bots. It evaluates your browser locally and issues a pass token; we send that token to our server to verify your submission is human.
Microsoft Bookings powers the embedded scheduling calendar on the booking page. Details you enter there (name, email, meeting notes) go to our Microsoft 365 calendar under Microsoft's privacy terms.
YouTube serves some product videos through its privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie) player, which does not set advertising cookies before you play a video.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. Anonymous, cookie-free traffic counts may be collected at the hosting level (Cloudflare) to monitor performance.

The embedded services above may set cookies that are strictly necessary for them to function, for example Turnstile's bot check or Microsoft's scheduling session. Because we use only essential cookies, this site does not show a cookie consent banner.

You can browse this entire site without submitting anything. If you have shared information and want it corrected or deleted, email info@ramsmfg.com from the address you used and we will take care of it.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
