Compared honestly

Every number here about
another company is theirs, not ours.

Quoted from their own spec sheets and linked to the page it came from. Every comparison also has a section on where that company beats us, because a buyer who catches a vendor overstating one number stops believing the other nine.

How long until it is actually running?

This is the one number almost everyone in the category publishes, which makes it the only clean like-for-like comparison available. Every figure below is the vendor’s own, from the page linked on their comparison.

RAMS · NEO ASRS4–8 weeks
Seegrid18–26 weeks
AutoStore20–26 weeks
Brightpick4–7 months + 3–4 weeks on site

NEO goes in fast for a structural reason, not a scheduling one: there is no grid to build and no precision floor work to wait on. Bars are scaled to 30 weeks. Where a vendor publishes a range, the bar shows the top of it.

How these comparisons are built

  • Every figure attributed to another company comes from that company’s own published material, and the source is linked at the bottom of each page.
  • Where a competitor does not publish a figure, we say so rather than estimating one.
  • Every page has a "where they win" section written in earnest. If a competitor is the right answer for your operation, we would rather tell you before the deposit than after.
  • Figures for RAMS systems are our own claims and are marked as such. We will substantiate any of them on a call.
